My name is Lidia Osipova. I am an energy & wellness practitioner offering gentle, personalized sessions designed to help you relax, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural state.
Sessions are available in English and Russian, online via Zoom or in person by appointment.

My work has always been centered around understanding people — their inner processes, emotional patterns, and life transitions. This naturally led me to a more holistic, body-aware approach to well-being.

I also have a background in medical studies completed in Russia, along with training in therapeutic massage. While I do not offer massage as a service, this foundation supports a deeper awareness of the body and a grounded approach to each session.

I have been working with clients in one-on-one sessions for several years, helping them release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore a natural sense of balance.

Each session is a guided experience that includes a short conversation followed by a deeply restorative energy session. I work in a gentle and intuitive way, always adapting each session to your current state and needs.
